SATW TecDays - Live Hacking Module

I have been giving the module “Live Hacking” at the SATW TecDays since 2017. In this module, students learn about the importance of cybersecurity and how to protect themselves online. They also get hands-on experience with ethical hacking techniques and tools, such as THC Hydra for password bruteforcing.

SATW TecDays

Since 2007, SATW has been organizing TecDays at Swiss middle schools. Over the course of a full day, students attend hands-on, interactive modules of their choice, where they can engage with experts and explore topics and applications in science and technology. Since 2007, more than 70 different middle schools and a total of around 90,000 students have participated in a TecDay.
